We visited Anna restaurant for dinner on our first night staying at the hotel. We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the door, and then we were seated at an empty that was dirty.
We waited 20 minutes sat down and had not been asked what we would like to drink, so we had to find someone to take our order. Once we gave them our drink order, it took an additional 15 minutes to receive the drink.
We then had to ask where our food was, and that came out cold- this resulted in food poisoning later that night.
The table next to us had to chase their order multiple times too. This was unacceptable and would not recommend this restaurant when visiting...

Imagine this: you're settling into your meal, ready to relax, when hands – yes, actual hands – emerge from the walls. It felt more like a scene straight out of Sicario than a fine dining experience.
