We were drawn in by the cozy vibe and great reviews, so we came in with high expectations. The place was busy, and we got a table for four inside. We ordered the pancakes and the pan con tomate.

About halfway through our wait, the waitress asked if we could share our table with two other people — which was fine, but we couldn’t help noticing they got their food (also pancakes and a breakfast bun) before we did.

After 30 minutes, we asked for an update and were told our food was taking longer because of what we ordered. It finally arrived about 10 minutes after we asked, making it a 40-minute wait in total.
