Fogos — Restaurant in Antwerp

Olá bom dia! venho aqui explicar a minha . Fui a este Rodízio pensando ser um ”rodízio Brasileiro”, por que no site diz ser Brasileiro, uma mulher que trabalha lá também diz ser um ambiente brasileiro. MAS DE BRASILEIRO NÃO TEM NADA, Vendem uma Caipirinha para dizer que é do Brasil, Mais nem isso estava bom. A comida não é brasileira não tem arroz, nem Feijão que são os principais pratos brasileiro e nem carne brasileira como picanha, maminha e nem a linguiça que ( e boa) é uma linguiça alemán. O atendimento não é dos melhores e a carne que servem estava crua, dura é sem tempero, é também quase não passa carne nas mesas. O atendimento para algumas pessoas é melhor que para outras. Pela minha experiência brasileiro não é bem recebido.

I went to this Rodizio thinking to be a "Brazilian Rodizio", because on the site it says to be Brazilian, a woman who works there also claims to be a Brazilian environment. BUT OF BRAZILIAN HAS NOTHING, They sell a Caipirinha to say that it is from Brazil, But even that was not good. Fogos is een mooi, kwaliteitsvol en uitstekend gelegen Braziliaans restaurant. Men slaagt erin de Braziliaanse "churrasco" (barbecue) met acht vleessoorten en twee vissoorten smaakvol aan de man te brengen, ware het niet dat niet alles even Braziliaans is. Zo zouden de geserveerde merguez en witte pens kunnen worden vervangen door de typisch Braziliaanse linguiça calabresa en linguiça toscana. Tevens zou het buffet kunnen worden uitgebreid met rijst, bonen en farinha. Daartegenover staat een heerlijke kruiding en is (onder meer) de picanha om duimen en vingers af te likken. Voor €33,50, excl. dranken en dessert, eet je "rodízio" (à volonté) de hele avond lang. Andere concepten lijken me te duur. Immers, dessert (€3/st) en drank is inbegrepen, maar dit betreft een halve fles wijn of vier frisdranken/biertjes, water naar believen en een tas koffie of thee. Bediening is formidabel. Stuk voor stuk toffe gasten die geen grapje schuwen. Daarmee is de glimlach verzekerd en heeft het restaurant een team klaar staan dat uw beleving naar een hoger niveau tilt. Zo is Fogos een ervaring, meer dan slechts "de voetjes onder tafel". Omdat het concept Braziliaans geïnspireerd is, maar in zijn totaliteit geoptimaliseerd kan worden, neig ik eerder naar dat sterretje minder. The salad bar is a nice addition compared to Pampas, though it isn't worth the price difference. I enjoyed my time and the food here but I personally prefer Pampas over Fogos. Why? Because the quality is almost the same and but the price of the basic menu is 5€ less with Pampas. Service is also comparable only in the beginning we felt ignored and left out but they made up for it in the end.

In conclusion Fogos and Pampas are in the same level, my bias goes...
