I have been here 2 times in 2 weeks just hoping that I would probably get to taste "close to authentic" Indian flavors, but I have been disappointed both times. The dishes were flat in terms of flavors, and for some reason, the cook messes up the salt levels in the dishes. I agree with the bad reviews given here by other fellow Indians; I am not coming back here for the food, maybe for the drinks and the location... In addition, the staff (waiter and waitress) don't seem to be be very aware of their own menu, and not very enthusiastic about hospitality. For every little question regarding the menu, the waitress would run to the kitchen to enquire. Overall, deplorable food and service, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I fear this restaurant is bringing down the overall standard and expectations of Indian food and hostpitality in the city of Antwerp, and they better do something about it soon..

Simply delicious. I had an opportunity to order food from this place twice and I enjoyed every single dish. This time, I decided to dine there and I also absolutely loved the entire experience. The menu of the restaurant is very rich and so is the flavor of the dishes they serve, which are also reasonably priced considering the quantity and the quality of the food you receive. The restaurant is rather small but quite cosy. There's also a possibility to sit outside. The waitress attending us was nice but she did seem a bit disinterested in what she was doing and lacked enthusiasm. Overall it's a great place which is definitely worth a revisit and a recommendation (especially their Aunty's Special Butter Chicken). I think it may be one of the tastiest Indian cuisine I've had a chance to try so far. I would give this place more than five stars if I could 👏

I placed the order on Uber eats and got food delivered 2 hrs later. Anyways this doesn't affect the rating of the food. 1. Auntie must actually go eat a good butter chicken in Punjab/Delhi ( India) before even attempting to make her own recipe. It's a shame how in the name of India such things are offered. ... Not only here but back in the UK. No-one attempts to deliver an authentic flavour. 2. Malai Tikka - the chicken should have been clouded with egg whites and then put on the tandoor. This one was so tasteless .... No words can describe.

As it was our anniversary we went with family for a movie in Antwerp, post which we decided to go to Curryosity for Dinner. We tried calling but as there was no answer so my wife wrote a mail informing them that we were coming. When we went there, we told the waitress about the situation, for which she said we dont answer immediately and dont take calls after 15u. How does one do reservations then, I fail to understand?

First we were told there is no place (although there were 3 of 2 pax tables and 2 of 4 pax tables) but then with loads of convincing, they put three tables together and let us sit. In sometime fortunately this young guy came in and shifted us to a better table which was empty.

The waitress seemed least interested in serving us. She just put our food on table and then never came back to our table. She went to all tables, cleared their tables, spoke to them but not once did she come to our table to ask how everything was or if we wanted anything more or to clear our table.

We were so frustrated as I wanted another beer and the kids wanted something more to drink. Isn't it obvious if the guests are looking at you, they might need something. Then after waiting for long when I went to the kassa to ask her for the bill, she instantly gave it and then said we accept only cash whereas there was a board which said the different cards were accepted there.

As Indians are known for hospitality and we realised that here just because my wife and family were Indians the waitress just ignored us and did not treat us the way she did on the other tables.

My wife is also from horeca industry, and has worked as assistant manager and manager for many years. The first rule of this business is Guest is King. I understand if we were still eating, then the clearance could not be done. We had 3 kids with us, I think it was more important to clear the table, isnt it.

Very very dissappointed. Never again. I regret going to Curryosity. It just ruined our wedding...

The food is great whats is such a shame to have a HORRIBLE service! Once we tried to go and arriving there although the restaurant was empty at night it was told to us that all tables were reserved, ok. We gave it a second chance and reserved a table. Arriving there it was informed that they were working only with cash (this could've been said by mail). Absolutely nothing to compain about the food, but the service was extremely disappointing. We would finish our drinks and they would bring us the food but didn't collect the bottle and glasses. We finished our dinner and only half hour later someone came to our table. I asked if I could have some tea, the waitress said she would check if they had any. FORTY MINUTES later another waitress shows up asking if we had paid ?? and we said no cause we were almost 1h waiting about the tea, but we were tired of waiting (I'm pregnant so was so sick of waiting) and would like the bill, the waitress didn't say anything, not a sorry or anything. The bill came and again, no one to reveive the money, we just left it at the balcon. We also noticed other tables that people were waiting almost half hour just to be handed the menu, so so messy, embarrassing. We asked two leftover dishes + mango sauce to take away, charged 2,50 and they didn't add the mango sauce that we paid for. Such a shame a chef cooks so well in a very chaotic restaurant. Never again, not even to take away (that also were bad experiences by the...

Food was delicious. We ordered two curries, different rice, naan & chips. However, the service was awful. It was very difficult to get our waitress’ attention as she remained on her mobile phone for the entirety of our visit. Our server got our order wrong, because she was on her phone after ordering and before writing it down. She was unhelpful when asking about the local beers on the menu, as she said she herself did not drink alcohol. The menu was in belgian and we are Irish so needed clarification language wise, this was unavailable to us from the server. Then we were told at the end of our meal, when we asked for the bill that they accept cash only. There were no signs to inform us of this so we questioned it - which the server replied the machine was broken. I have since looked at reviews online where I have come across the same excuse being told to other customers. Maybe put a sign up if they really want cash! A restaurant serving nice food but let...
