My husband and I have been very loyal customers for over a year now. but I was disappointed several times by the service and the cuisine. unfortunately already twice on my order the extra meat was forgotten, the first time I said nothing, the second time we made the remark and we had had no commercial gesture from the staff because we didn’t have any proof of that, I find this unacceptable especially since in the end for the two oversights I paid today exactly €10.50 for 20 grams of additional protein... very disappointing to have to monitor the staff place the order…and this is only for service.. now about the cooking, the guacamole is fresh only half the time... when it is fresh the poke is good, but when it is not fresh the taste of the pokebowl is ruined because it makes the whole poke acidic, plus it creates heartburn. A year ago I would have given it a 5 star but unfortunately I was disappointed...
Read moreMy pregnant wife was craving Pokebowl with advocado, so we decide to order from here though the Deliveroo app and she chose 3 portions of advocado out of the 5 options. In stead of letting us know they were out of advocado they just replaced it with guacamole. She doesn't like their guacamole so her food was unedible for her since it had 3 portions that covered most of the pokebowl. I find this higly unacceptable behavior.
We contacted the restaurant but they did nothing about it and Deliveroo just refunded us 2.80 euros. We were regular customers, they know this because it was literly written on the take out bag that we were and that we had more than 5 recent orders with them. We will no longer order from them. Read moreFirst off all, I had a delicious pokebowl. Definitely recommended, but it's only 8:00 PM (they close at 10:00 PM) and half of the ingredients for a tasty pokebowl on the right side of the counter are already gone.
The ladies behind the counter say that the ingredients on the left side of the counter are only for online/called orders and not for customers that order and eat on location. In addition, when asking for cutlery, the lady says "There is none available!!" I expect cutlery trays to be replenished so I as a customer can enjoy my meal. Now I had to look for clean cutlery! (I found some on the second floor btw)
