Read moreLooks like a cool bar at first. But when I got a very, very small cup of coffee (no spoon, no sugar, no milk, no cookie...) I walked back in and asked for sugar and milk. One of the staff looked very strange at me, like I was trying to rob the place or something. The arrogance of the people behind the counter is off the charts. (not the waitress, she was ok) I can understand that you want to be health-conscious, but face it: most people want ff sugar in their coffee, you don't have to look very judgmental gen-Z style at them when a paying customer asks for it. Also: the coffee itself was mediocre at best, and was literally 2 sips and done. Never coming here again. If there's one thing I can't stand in a bar, is arrogance and a belittling "dirty look". Despite this, we paid the full bill, and no one even said, "Thank you for coming. Enjoy the rest of your day."
For me, customer service is much more important than the quality of food or coffee.
The previous employees I encountered were more polite and though in the past we have encountered rudeness before by the owners, me and my friends kept on coming because the waiters and kitchen staff were very polite and smiley.
Additionally, they are very strict with sugar and modifications to coffee or food orders.
I won't be visiting again, which is a pity because they just lost a...
