Corporate, if you're reading this: give your barista's in Bruges Central Station a raise IMMEDIATELY!
Long story short: the public parking in the back of the station in Bruges' card terminal didn't work, so people who parked there could only pay with coins. But since we live in the modern age of technology and what-not, I had 0 cash with me. So I was going from store to store, hoping someone could help me. But since there's a cash shortage, everybody is struggling. And then, my last hope; Starbucks. These magnificent women helped me pretty much instantly, and most importantly with a huge smile! So thanks to your barista's I managed to get home, safe and sound!
Once again, I'm forever grateful by your act of kindness, and if I would drink coffee I'd go there all the time! But even just for the service only I will come back for a cupcake or something, thanks each of you and I hope your life will be as awesome as you all...

Product was good, service was good. I TOTALLY spilled my soy latte all over the condiment station.. Actually... "spilled" is to soft of a description. It dropped out of my hand, and when I tried to catch it, I punched it forward and it jetted like a Airbus A320 lid-first right at this pile of sugar packets and exploded on landing and then soaked the entire table and wrecked all the packets. Not only did a Barista come over and help me, and were totally gracious, they re-made me a coffee for free! I will never forget the Starbucks in Brugges. It's funny too, that I spilled my coffee while taking this photo that is attached, because I thought the table looked cute with the little tree on it, which you don't see over here on the American side of the ocean. I'm sorry...
Read moreHad two girls serve me my coffee today. I always get an iced Teavana matcha espresso fusion from other Starbuck branches and so explained the ingredients to the girl at the counter just in case she didn't know how to make it. She confirmed she does know what it is and made it (without any espresso shot in it). I went back to the counter and politely spoke to another girl that it is missing the coffee shot but she rudely took my cup and added the espresso shot demanding 0.7 euros from me. Starbucks is known for its ability to tailor its recipes and ingredients to suit individual preferences but this was by far the worst Starbucks service I have received. I think staff need to learn better customer service skills which I thought was a basic skillset required to work at such a big international...
