I've read a lot bad reviews AFTER I was there yesterday, I was really surprised to read all these negative experiences. We had a really nice time there, the old lady was very sweet and helped me to understand the card, showed me the way to the toilets and because I am a bit clumsy she offered me to help me bring my stuff to the table. About the prices: what the hell are some people complaining here about?? Coca cola for 3€ is an ABSOLUTE normal price in the whole city of Bruges!!! You pay minimum 2,70 at a Restaurant/ Cafe!! Only cash is a bit annoying, i agree to that, but it's not that unusual in a lot places either.

Visited this place recently and was served a product that was way past its best quality, aka "best before" date, not "best ignore" date.When I politely flagged it on my way out, the grumpy older gentleman behind the counter shrugged and said: “Are you alive? Then leave.”

The lady in the bar that was taking the orders was very nice and welcoming. All the women in the the establishment were also very nice.
