Excellent bagels, very tasty and good options on the menu. They are filled well and make this place a great option for lunch. Carrot cake was good, but the soup was really bad. Maybe it had to do with the fact that it was almost finished (the cashier didn’t think there was enough for 2 people. Maybe they added water, because it didn’t taste like there was enough for 1 either). But besides the very bad soup I’d still come back to this place for the very good bagels. Prices go from €8 till €11 for the bagels and €4 for the cake and the bad soup. *Edit after the establishment’s answer: Indeed, my mistake! Upon speaking to the person who ordered the soup, indeed, he ordered only 1, which still doesn’t change the fact that she went to confirm if it wasn’t finished and then delivered a soup that was really bad. I was surprised with the defensiveness of the establishment’s reply, but if they think that this is how the soup should taste and that there’s no room for improvement, it’s their prerogative, but after the passive aggressiveness of the answer I don’t think I’d come back to see if it was just a bad day. And certainly not gonna...
Read moreThis was my first time at this place, I ordered the Le Graffiti bagel (sesame seed bagel) for take-out. The service was good and fast, staff were polite. The bagel bread was of standard quality, fine. There was a good amount of filling, I didn't feel hungry afterwards which is a good thing. To reach the total worth of 9.50 euros a few things could be improved the bacon could be crispier (it was a bit limp). The chicken is okay but I wouldn't say it was grilled, it is precooked. The overall taste is a bit heavy, with know real distinguish of flavors, to improve this the mustard honey sauce needs to be lighter and have a stronger mustard flavor (i didn't get any mustard or honey taste), it was like mayo. The menu said grilled onions, but a got crispy packet onions, which I like also, but its not what was said on the menu. For 9.50 euro bagel, I expect a...

I ordered a hot pastrami, cheddar, thousand island, tomato, onion, and pickles bagel. I received a bagel with grilled chicken, cheese, some kind of vinaigrette, tomato, onion, and what appeared to be bacon. I was hungry, so I ate it anyway. It was quite good actually, hence 3 stars instead of 1. That said, when I order something, I expect to receive what I ordered, not a replacement. Or, if the ingredients are no longer available, I should think the right thing to do would be to ask me what I want to eat instead. Other people have mentioned similar issues, so yeah... maybe it’s time to consider hiring someone to double check the order before it leaves the restaurant.
EDIT: Second order. No mistakes and the food was excellent. I changed the rating to a...
