Paul — Restaurant in Brussels

Always have been a fan of Paul and my choice every time at Docks . However they have gone down with their service , while I asked one of their employees if the food will take any longer ( just a croque Monsieur to be warmed up after 10 mins ) and her response was I think so and opened a discussion with me rather than checking if it was ready … also she added that she doesn’t work at the kitchen - well you can direct me to another colleague if that is not your task. Also 12 euro for a croque Monsieur and a bottle of water and this kind of service…. Nope I’m done with...

I was knowingly sold burned chouquettes. They were pre-packed and I naively thought it was to speed up the business in the morning They usually count them and put in the bag in front of you. Je n ai pas pour habitude de laisser des commentaires mais la j ai été vraiment déçue. Pour l anniversaire de mon fils j ai décidé de commander un moelleux au chocolat a 17,90! (en passant je pense que le mien est vraiment meilleur!!!) J ai passé commande le vendredi pour le lendemain. En rentrant chez moi je suis déjà déçue par l allure du gâteau mais passons peut-être sera t il bon? C est qd même acheté chez Paul!! Ce n est pas rien! Bref je retrouve le moelleux retourné dans la boite en le mettant à l endroit je m apercois que sa face supérieure est craquelée et qu il manque des croûtes par endroit comme qd on cuisine et qu une partie reste collé dans le moule. Passons, peut-être sera t il bon? Kn le goûtant il m avait pas l air frais comme s il datait de qqs jours, c etait mon avis. Cependant plusieurs personnes m ont fait la remarque en me disant qu il n etait pas frais. Pour moi ce sera la 1ère et dernière fois que je commande chez eux.
