Summary: This is not the right restaurant if you want good steaks, looking for an elegant, sophisticated, and family friendly experience. DON’T GO HERE!
If you are looking for a place to party with obnoxiously loud music, yummy food (except steaks) and non-alcoholic beverages, then consider this restaurant.
Overall: 0.05/10
Food: 6/10 The alcohol-free cocktails were refreshing, their croquets, scampi, ribs, and burgers were delicious. Steaks were horrible: all the steaks we ordered were dry and bland. Their texture and taste was like paper straws.
Ambiance: 5/10 The restaurant was well lit, clean, and decorated. They turn all the lights off when bringing out cakes with sparklers. It was cool the first time, but got annoying when I was trying to eat and the lights turned off. It is also a safety hazard to turn off all the lights. Someone may trip, hit something, or have an accident with utensils/glassware at the table.
If you are into clubbing, then you’ll like the music they overwhelmingly blast. You can’t have proper conversations. If you enjoy being able to hear the person sitting across from you, then you won’t enjoy this restaurant. The music is also not family friendly. They played many explicit songs.
Service: 1/10 Some staff were friendly. They were quick to take our orders for drinks. We waited between an hour to hour and half before I went up to ask when they would take our orders. We arrived around 7:30pm and they didn’t bring our main courses until around midnight. They had forgotten at least a main course and starter for some of my guests. When we asked them about it, they argued with us that we didn’t order it. (Maybe it was the loud music). Half of my guests left without food because it got really late.
The manager/owner offered us “free” desserts because of the tardiness. However, they didn’t have any of the desserts we wanted.
Mangement: -10/10 When I expressed my disappointment to the manager before leaving, he came up with lots of excuses. I explained to him this evening was very special for my family because we were together after many years. I told him the food was good, staff were friendly, and I wanted his establishment to be successful, but this was very difficult for me because it was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. He shrugged it off and his response was like “Okay, whatever. That’s your opinion.” I felt he was apathetic.
He also said he offered us free desserts. I told him I don’t care about free desserts. This evening was a very special evening and they failed to provide us a decent dining experience. I don’t know if our family will get another opportunity to be together again in the future. (Also, they ran out of the desserts...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant that I feel compelled to share. I reserved the venue for a very important event well in advance, and during our initial discussions, I was told that I could pay by card on the day of the event. However, just four days before the event, they suddenly insisted that I pay in cash only, leaving me with no other options. This last-minute change was incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the large sum involved.
The communication throughout this process was highly frustrating and raised several red flags. They were extremely protective about their identity and refused to provide any names or communicate via email or any other traceable method. When I called, the person I spoke to, who had a noticeable Arabic accent but claimed to be named “Cloé,” refused to give any further contact information. The only way to reach them was through the phone number listed on their Instagram page and website, which felt very shady.
I was also told that I would meet with a specific manager to finalize details in person, and they insisted on this meeting. However, when I arrived, there was no manager to be found. Instead, I was met by a bar lady and one other staff member who were serving tables while attempting to discuss event logistics with me. This was far from the structured, professional experience they promote on social media, which felt misleading at best.
Moreover, the actual venue looks nothing like what is portrayed online. The difference is significant in every sense, which was quite disappointing when I saw it in person. The lack of organization and the unprofessional behavior of the staff were in stark contrast to the polished image they present on social media. It felt like a scam, especially given how they push for cash payments without any traceable or protected communication.
Overall, this restaurant’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, and misleading promotion led to a highly stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against using this venue for any important event if you value reliable service and...
Read moreI dine in with 3 friends on a Saturday evening Waiters are top and very patient, but the manager is very moody, and the way of talking was very rude and not professional, and not listening. After ordering, we received the drink. No cups were on the table until I raised it to the waiter (received very cheap cups, and we can see that all other tables have different types of cups) After receiving the drinks, we waited for a while to receive our starters (in the beginning, we requested that the starters be shared) Once we raised to the head waiter that we want plates to eat the sharing food He was super rude and he was just shouting that there was no plate to provide (actually every restaurant has it own rules and could be explained very calemely and nicely that there is no plate and you can eat all of you on one dish) (I can be very understanding)
Btw, thanks to the waiter who brought the plates, and he was apologising (not supposed to do it) Overall, the experience could be good without the head waiters because the waiters are providing excellent service, and the food is good
In general, when a restaurant is hiring, a head waiter is supposed to be the nicest and the most welcoming and there to solve daily challenges, not to...
