Really is there anything more delectable than bread made by hand. Pinpin is truly delectable. Our only complaint is that’s e only went back 3 times in one day. We should have gone back more! We ate the bread, we ate the croissant, we drank their homemade aperitif that tasted like liquid citrus, apple, herbs and spices. Absolutely amazing. It was literally fantastic.
Try their special breads and eat literally all the things. In a few months, this place will be a not so hidden gem. For now, it’s the best Marollen has to offer and the baker who runs it is using magic and ingenuity to make the best bake goods in Brussels. All farm fresh, best ingredients, organic and wonderful.
