Break Point — Restaurant in Brussels

I usually go here to get a sandwich on my office days for lunch. I ordered for my sandwich and waiting in the queue to pay.There was one sandwich that came to the bill counter for billing and during the time a girl was paying for her sandwich that old lady was taking some cleaning spray from the side cupboard and testing it.When she was doing it ,it fell on the food.The girl who is buying that sandwich didn’t notice it since she was taking her card from her wallet and paying it.This old lady knew it sprayed on the food and the lady who is working in preparing counter at that time was near that old lady and also saw it.Both of them didn’t take back that food and the girl who paid for that took that food without knowing the cleaning liquid sprayed on it.I expected that the old lady who sprayed the liquid would say that the liquid got sprayed on it and I will replace it for you instead she was smiling to the girl who was taking that sandwich with full teeth showing outside. By seeing this I was really shocked and I was not able to react and I was afraid to get my sandwich.After this incident I was thinking these kind of incident would have happened when no one is there and we could have eaten it.I decided to not to go...

This morning, I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at this place, and it was a truly delightful experience.

The very first thing I want to highlight is the wonderful staff. Both the lady and the gentleman were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived — they absolutely deserve to be protected at all costs!

I chose the breakfast menu (soup + sandwich), which was both refreshing and affordable. Everything tasted fresh and seemed to be prepared right in the store. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a beautiful chandelier in the center adding a special touch.

I entered here to have a quick lunch and escape a bit the rain while walking in front of the restaurant. The brunette lady in the service (the one w piercing in the ear) was super nice and attentive offering a very good service. The older lady was very rude, unpolite and screaming for more than 15 minutes while serving to clients. I paid her cash when I got the food, she started to talk loud when I was living pretending I haven’t paid. All her other colleagues were very nice and polite, the food was good and price too. But the behaviour of the older lady with black hair completely unprofessional and rude. If it wasn’t for her I would give 4 stars, the two stars are only for...
