Update: the service worsened a lot again. You can't have a coffee in this place and feel welcomed. For the employees you seem to be bothering them. Even placing the dishes for you seems to be done in a very unpleasant way. No greetings when you arrive or leave. The basic politeness died here

I ordered a drink and a sandwich and was accidentally charged 355 EUR on my contactless bank card. Since the waitress didn't give me the ticket, i only saw this error by chance when looking at my phone notifications. I notified the waitress who continued to serve other customers without providing me a solution for nearly an hour.
