Excellent authentic bun bo! Personally I like my nuc mam a bit stronger, as well as the pickled carrot which was a bit light, but the meat, fried spring rolls and noodles were excellent. They even went to the trouble to de-seed the cucumber! Such an excellent surprise! The restaurant opened only two weeks ago, so we decided to try it. The Bo Bun was great (don't forget to pour the fish sauce in it to), and the nems were excellent.
