McDonald's — Restaurant in Brussels

Second time we order via Uber eats and again everything is cold af. Not worth try eat the fries they are heavy in the stomach. And seems they don't care about "configuration" you select in the app as again got ice in my coke even I unchecked ice... Not ordering a third time definitively!

EDIT May 2021:

We took another chance after months and guess what ... COLD AF!! Not even hot a little bit. Don't know if McDonald's cook using their fridge or if the Uber eats driver drove with the meals on top of his car...

Oh and I almost forgot the most important. They (Uber eats driver or McDonald's prep) forgot all the fries (two pack, one normal and one big).

But they didn't forget to put those TWO BIG tickets long as the bible who describe even the smallest details (INCLUDING the fries) on the OUTSIDE of the TWO bags. And the summary one inside the bag inside the other one ..

Yeah they love to over pack everything. Maybe if you don't use that much bags you'll not forget the half of the order...

Are you dub at this point??? THREE TICKETS, multiple screens in your prep area who tell you even how to use your hands to handle the spatula to grill the steak and you forgot...

Only 20% satisfied! In this McDonald's, if you don't know the language, they either laugh at you or look at you strangely or as if you are the simplest person! Plus today I ordered chicken burger fries and fanta! They brought the portion but without a straw for the juice and I call 4 employees and tell them that there is no straw for the juice because a person can't drink without it.. after 15 minutes, she went and brought my food and when I told her that I was waiting again and why not She brought me a straw with the food, she called, so I told you that we don't have any, you have to get up and take it yourself..! Plus nervous why I told her to bring it to me..! Many times whenever I go, the staff is like that, it's a shame..! A world brand and...

Very dirty I taught and not very friendly. I was charged to go to the toilet and for my ketchup and maynaoise. Everthing was just added to the price medium meal €12. 95 . Very very expensive I taught.. staff were no where to be seen bins were full tables were not wipe down.. I just think crazy 🤪. I from Ireland and in ireland 🇮🇪 staff are very helpful and tidy and cleaned and staff are helpful and always happy to help.. I like the food but expensive for a Mc Donald's..
