The meeting point — Restaurant in Brussels

Problem: dangerous at the moment (spring 2025) even if police narco traffic and attacks by drugs traffickers in those streets and at the meeting point in the last months/year and a half or just in the last week's. On some fugitives with kalashnikovs in st Josse and Brussels street. I advised some clients the other day who were expats -young, for their security in general about the risks precisely there as long as some armed fugitives not arrested and narco traffic not over around there.. Well it will go on. I can't put more than one star for those reasons. Even if years ago that place and those precise streets were not like that and that place has for me 4 probably out of 5 I went there several times as a work and home neighbor...as a French(expat) belgian resident and...

A good spot to share a beer just a few steps from the European Quarter, but on a slightly quieter street. The place is usually frequented by office workers. They have a menu with different dishes, but the main focus is pizza, which is quite tasty. I especially like the terrace, perfect for enjoying a pizza outdoors.

Service is friendly and correct. The waitresses are still learning French and communicate more easily in English, which is no problem at all. Good value for money overall. The atmosphere...

The service here is by far the best I have experienced in Brussels in my 5 years of living here. The owner and servers make a real effort to make customers feel at home. If you’re looking for a pub that serves food, I would genuinely say this is the best in Brussels.
