It is a cozy place and the glace is good. It is sad that the service is not that good, I had a really uncomfortable experience with today’s service, they try to give me twice the same burnt crepe, and then procede to ignore me, even if they took the crepe back. I had to ask for the money back.

The situation lived in this place is beyond disgusting. After we tried very politely (as it is the normal thing to do) BEFORE EVEN TRYING the crepe, to ask the waiter to change it as it was BURNT, they gave us (as they said) another one BURNT! When we saw, WITHOUT TRYING THE CREPE, that it was again burnt on the downside, we came to the waiters to tell them politely that it was burnt again, their attitude was very unkind. They took back the full crepe and proceeded to ignore us. After 5 minutes waiting in front of them I HAD TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK, since it seemed that they didn’t want neither to make another one or to give us the money back.

Lousy experience, lousy service given the response we have had. I DO NOT...

They are 3 staffs and none of them has any sort of customer service skills We ordered from the window and planned to wait for someone whilst eating in. Once order was ready, we were told we couldnt eat inside as the order was made from the window. We offered to pay for whatever difference to be able to eat inside but we were told that the présentation of our order was meant to take away.... In short, none of the three staff member had any sort of will to help nor get more money from us and were actually rude to then proceed to fully ignore us and ask another customer about their experience. Needless to say that I shared how was my experience as an invisible customer not receiving any service.. . Ah yeah: it was also raining outside.... One of the staff had the audacity to pretend they asked us if we wanted to eat in or out....as if I would have willingly waited for the person outside and under the rain... ridiculous!!! Such a bad experience this place should really...

I pass from that particular place almost once a week, because they have a decent ice cream. ``especially their chocolate. The fact is that there's no other place to compete with. The service is very slow and they're not helpful at all. Sometimes they don't have in their fridge my flavor and instead to prepare a new container, they just tell me that they've run out of it, even though they can prepare a new one on spot. The place looks always dirty and the employees look always bored. Somebody has to tell them that it is impossible to take away a half litter ice cream without a bag or at least some wrapping. They never give invoices when paying with cash!!!! I'm sure that the manager will write underneath my comment that they will take my opinion very seriously but nothing will...
