I've been going to this place for a while and they have always been pleasant (even during Covid times) but that's all been ruined by one person who clearly has a chip on their shoulder and thinks having an attitude with clients is the best way to handle it. Rudely interrupting me while I make an order just to shout over to some friends of theirs at a table without apologising and then doing stupid faces behind customers because they think it's funny. They continued to do it to a person I was with (they knew that) and didn't stop even when they realised that I had seen them doing it. Childish, unprofessional, pathetic and backwards. It ruined the person's night who I was with because they thought that they had said something or done something to annoy them, they did not. I doubt this comment will be taken into account but I hope the individual who started this gets their...
