I heard quite a lot of comments about this place. Well, I got my self time and I went to get some food there. First impression is that you will get serve super quick but it’s not like that. So, finally food is on the table and first thing is you feel like this gonna be a great ramen but no! Ingredients are cool: meat (pork), onions, mushrooms shiitake, etc. Hopefully, the ramen (more like noodles) were warm enough -not boiling like they should be- and the broth! Cross fingers for that! Despite this inconvenient, the soya broth was really tasty and in enough quantity to get full by half bowl.

Read moreThis is one place I love returning to for the authentic tasting Japanese ramen. Must try is the Yuzu tonkutsu soup ramen which is its signature dish. The soup broth is made of brewed pork bone and is a deep savoury taste but with a refreshing twist of lemony yuzu. The ramen noodles were cooked al dente. There are options for chicken based soup as well. We ordered as well the noodles with spicy soup (aka miso) which was delicious but would have loved it if it’s more spicy.
