I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I have visited this establishment before and had a good meal, but today's visit was exceptionally bad.

Firstly, fries. They were a major letdown. It was evident that they had been cooked a while ago, as they lacked the crispiness and freshness that one would expect from fried potatoes. They were disappointingly soft, resembling more of a mushy mess than anything remotely resembling fried potatoes.

Next, I ordered the chicken flambé, which used to be a standout dish at this restaurant. However, to my dismay, the dish was nowhere near the quality I had experienced in the past. It was evident that the chicken had not been freshly cooked, as it lacked that succulent and flavorful taste that used to make it so enjoyable. Moreover, the most disappointing part was that the chicken was not flambéed as they used to do it before. It seemed like a lazy attempt at recreating the dish, leaving me wondering what had happened to the once impressive culinary skills of the kitchen staff.

The disappointment didn't end there. We also ordered the chicken tacos which were equally disappointing. The chicken in the tacos suffered from the same lack of taste and flavor as the chicken flambé. Even the accompanying corn lacked the vibrancy and taste that it used to have, further contributing to my overall disappointment.

Overall, my recent experience at this restaurant was a far cry from the positive experiences I had in the past. The lackluster fried potatoes, the poorly (not) executed chicken flambé, and the uninspiring chicken tacos and corn all left me questioning the...

The reception was a promising start but from there it went al down with a unbelievable climax at the end . After sitting down and going true the menu it took a while before our order got taken. The waiter didn’t take notes of our order so he needed to come back a second time to ask what we ordered. The starters came in a decent time and where ok . But then the main dish arrived “fried chicken “ was burned and tasted awful and burned. I ordered hot apple saus but they brought cold one. I had to ask for ketchup 3 times and It took a full 10 min before I could call a waiter to correct the mistakes. And now time for the piece de resistance , we ordered a additional beer and coffee to the waiter he comes and asks a second time what coffee I want . Then we see him walk around , leave the restaurant , pay with card at the terminal … 10 min pass we get up and walk to the register to pay . And this waiter tells us like there is no problem at all that he just forgot to make a coffee and beer ….

First and last visit to poule...

2 stars not because of the food or the ambiance, but because of the « manager » that was in charge of greeting the customers and making them feel welcome, and at the end receiving their payment and thanking them for their visit. However, this was not the case for me and my friends, since we were not welcomed properly, and then when it came to the payment, he gave us a totally wrong bill with 200 euros extra, and when we asked to fix it, the guy specifically said: I dont have all night, I’m supposed to be home now, look at the queue behind you. Excuse me? It is your job to serve the customers and fix the problem when its your fault… I then asked him about his customer service and if knows anything regarding respecting customers The food was okay, but this was totally ruined by the lack of hospitality...
