De Geus van - Gent — Restaurant in Ghent

One of my favorite bars in Ghent. It's spacious and has a nice, cozy ambience; they also have a pool table and a patio. The beer list is of a decent size, and they also offer "beer of the month" ("bier van de maand") for the price of €3 (or 2 for €5!), which is a bargain. The staff is very friendly. I once left something there on a Saturday night, and they got back to me Sunday morning even though the bar is not open...

One of best tap menus in Gent, and certainly the best Lambic menu!

The stylish interior and inviting bar area encourage you to stay longer than maybe planned.

Slick helpful staff, comfortable bar drinking and don't forget to try the dried sausage...one of the best I have had in any bar.

Fun bar, too bad the waiter is so rude. He forgot a drink, then brought us a wrong order and tried to blame us for not noticing it was the wrong beer. Went off on us because the table was in the wrong place (we never moved it, it was already there). Do not recommend, this guy has ruined...
