I had been budget travelling for a while so the nutrition in my meals was severely lacking so I was in desperate need for something hearty and healthy. I found this place online and as it was near my hostel I decided to try it out for lunch one day. I got there just before it opened and there was already a long line. However everything moved quickly and smoothly once it opened.
The menu wasn't in english which was a challenge for me but the staff were great! Super helpful and friendly and helped me translate and tell me what were in the soups. Soups of the day are listed on a chalk board, pick one, choose a size (small, medium, large), pick a side (bread or rice), and put free toppings on your soup (croutons, friend onions strings, chives, parsley). Find a seat before you order so you have a place to sit down. Enjoy your delicious fresh soup, in the cozy restaurant and put your used food tray away in the storage area in front, so someone else can sit at your table when you are done. Really small place, but the boss man who takes your order will make sure to get you a table if you eat in! There is no table taking when you see one that's empty, when you order sometimes you have to wait for a table to free up. They will only prep your soup once you have your table so it will not get cold! Amazing service, and taken into consideration the volume of people served it is really efficient.
