Uniqplanet is a vibe-forward café that effortlessly blends style, creativity, and warmth. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a chic aesthetic, thoughtfully chosen music, and a calm, welcoming energy that makes it easy to settle in. It’s a perfect spot for a short work session earlier in the day—before the space starts to fill up with fellow creatives and coffee lovers around mid-afternoon. While outlets are limited, the reliable WiFi and cozy ambiance still make it a great place to focus for a while. The whimsical 3D latte art is a true highlight—charming, imaginative, and guaranteed to brighten your day. Even if the coffee and croffle weren’t entirely to my taste, the presentation and experience make it worth it. Additionally, the chocolate muffins with chocolate spheres were deliciously moist.

What truly sets Uniqplanet apart, though, are its owners, Betul and Aleyna. Their warmth, passion, and aspirational vision shine through in every corner of the space. They’re building something meaningful and thematic to add to Ghent's charm—something that feels like more than just a café. Lovely little spot to go for a calm and quiet lunch break. The bunny-shaped fusion food sandwiches here pleasantly surprised us and the coffee was perfect. The 3D art on the beverages is simply adorable and carefully made by the baristas on the counter for everyone to see!

The service was superb! We did have to wait quite a long time for our order to arrive, but that was because the baristas were hard at work prepping the order for the large group before us, so it wasn't inherently their fault. Unfortunately this same group was quite loud and almost ruined the calm and quiet vibes of Uniqplanet. One of the baristas did apologise for their behavior, which we really appreciated.

This place is really amazing! The ownsers are so sweet and it´s a perfect place to work for school or have a nice chat with friends. There's always playing jazz music in the background wich is very calming. And don´t get me started on the drinks, they got a big variety of different kinds of coffees, teas, iced teas, and don´t forget about the unique late art. You pay extra for the laté art, but that´s totally part of the experience and you see it´s made with love. Best of all you can also eat there and the korean chicked bites are FANTASTIC, definitely recommend! This has become my favorite place to come by for a drink (i´ve lost a lot of money in the meanstime heheh). The owners will always greet you...
