We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Bogart's Foodie Restaurant in Brussels, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to outstanding service by Mattia, who was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home.
The drinks were exceptional, starting with a Negroni (one of the best ever) made from carefully selected ingredients that had the perfect balance of flavors to the homemade digestifâ a unique blend of orange, ginger, and pepper that was both refreshing and soothing, offering a perfect end to our meal.
As for the food, it was simply exquisite. Every dish was full of flavor and expertly prepared, showcasing high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking. The desserts were truly memorable: the revisited tiramisu was a creative twist on a classic, and the pistachio mousse was both original and divine. It was a sweet finish to an already excellent meal.

Chaque plat que nous avons goĂ»tĂ© Ă©tait un hommage aux saveurs authentiques de lâItalie, sublimĂ© par la qualitĂ© exceptionnelle des ingrĂ©dients utilisĂ©s.
Nous avons commencĂ© avec des entrĂ©es qui Ă©taient un vĂ©ritable voyage sensoriel. La burrata sur une dĂ©licate crĂšme de melanzane a rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© une fraĂźcheur et une onctuositĂ© incomparables, tandis que l'Ćuf parfait accompagnĂ© de fondue au fromage et de guanciale croustillant offrait un mĂ©lange de textures et de saveurs audacieux, mais parfaitement Ă©quilibrĂ©. Ces deux plats ont su nous plonger immĂ©diatement dans l'atmosphĂšre chaleureuse de la cuisine italienne.
Pour les plats principaux, nous avons optĂ© pour des spĂ©cialitĂ©s qui, une fois de plus, tĂ©moignaient du savoir-faire des chefs. La pasta al ragĂč siciliano Ă©tait un vĂ©ritable dĂ©lice : la sauce, riche et savoureuse, enrobait chaque pĂąte de maniĂšre Ă exalter le goĂ»t des tomates mĂ»res et des Ă©pices mĂ©diterranĂ©ennes. Quant au poulpe accompagnĂ© de purĂ©e de pommes de terre et de carciofi fritti, il Ă©tait cuit Ă la perfection, tendre et sublimĂ© par la douceur de la purĂ©e et le croustillant des artichauts. Mon compagnon, ancien cuisinier, a Ă©tĂ© lui-mĂȘme impressionnĂ© par la maĂźtrise des techniques de cuisson et la qualitĂ© des produits.
Enfin, pour clĂŽturer ce repas inoubliable, nous avons savourĂ© le Tiramisu 2.0, une interprĂ©tation plus lĂ©gĂšre et raffinĂ©e du tiramisu classique. Ce dessert, composĂ© de pĂąte filo croustillante, d'une crĂšme de mascarpone artisanale, dâune crĂšme au cafĂ© maison et de chocolat Bogart (chocolat belge Ă 54 %), a su ravir nos papilles.    Read moreWe were strolling through the city center, wondering where we should have our lunch. In a nice and calm street we walked past the Bogart, stopped there and decided to enter. It turned out the owner had just opened the restaurant. The interior was well decorated and designed. We appreciated the atmosphere and the warm welcome we received.
We took the Italian daily lunch, and it was tasty, well cooked. Plates were nicely dressed and delivered amazing flavours.
Dessert was quite original with a revisited tiramisu (won't say more not to spoil the surprise!).
Overall a very pleasant moment, and we'll be back for sure.
