After being a regular and loyal customer, I had one of the worst experiences and I left disappointed twice. Since Isabelle left Semeraro, I had two terrible experiences, so I will not be returning, sadly. The hairdresser who cut my hair was extremely rude (almost insulting). I tried to show her a photo of the hair cut I wanted, but she responded in an angry way that she already knows (how?), and then interrogated me about the last time I came for a haircut. She left me in tears because the cut was not what I wanted. When I asked her kindly if she could fix one area, she did it in two seconds with no improvement. I am really sad about...

Unfortunately my last cut was very bad, over 15cm was cut without my permission, from very long hair short hair was done. Cut itself also very bad, volume was added although I have a lot of hair, I have waivy and curly hair, they were cut straight, it will cause me a lot of troubles, the hairdresser was lacking in my opninion the very basic knowledge and skills to cut my hair like this, not to mention cutting over 15cm lenght, for me disgrace, worst cut since very long time, the hair doesn't look good, but this happens when you cut waivy and curly hair straight and add volume to the hair that already has...
