The food was fine, but the overall experience was let down by the service.
When we arrived, the waiter offered us a table right next to the kitchen. We politely asked for a quieter spot, noting that the table he proposed was also unplated. The request was met with visible annoyance and a dismissive eye roll “if you want… but you’ll need to wait.” We didn’t mind waiting, but it set a poor tone for the brunch.
We chose the “all you can eat” formula, which was introduced with an unusual emphasis on restrictions and delivered at 2x speed dial, including a remark about how they don't do takeaway (why would you even say that?).
It took about 45 minutes for our first two dishes to arrive, leaving little time to order more within the time limit they set. Just 10 minutes after receiving them, we were told the kitchen was closing, which defeated the purpose of the formula. We ordered for an extra one, just because, but at this pointed I just wanted to leave.
Dining out is about more than just food—it’s also about feeling welcome. Unfortunately, this visit fell short, and I hope the team takes it as an opportunity to improve, especially when the food itself doesn’t quite make up for...
Read moreUnfortunately I had high expectations before going. More than 45 minutes of waiting to get the wrong order (it’s not like they have a huge menu). The painzas are overrated , the bread is very very good but the toppings and especially the tomato sauce was almost tasteless. The waiter apologized for getting our order wrong and asked if “we wanted sthg extra” . I am sorry but if you make a mistake and you make people wait you can use a more assertive voice and say sthg like “desert on the house “ or simply bring a treat to say sorry , not ask whether we wanted to drink sthg extra .. anyway we sat downstairs and the cold was unbearable every time someone opened the door. Unfortunately I won’t be back nor will I recommend...
Read moreVery disappointing place. We arrived and we were just the second table in the restaurant. We ordered one of the bites and two painzas. After 40 mins of waiting, they bring the wrong order. So we had to wait another 20 mins to get the right painza. (How difficult can that be?) The food itself wasn’t great. It was ok, but not really something that I would go back to. Maybe we were overhyped by the 4.7 stars it has, but I’d give it a 3 - 3.5 at best.
PS: seeing the response I got is just great example of customer service. I suggest that next time you ask customers to give you a 5-star review before they are allowed to order. This way you can maintain your...
