In overall it was quite a disappointment and too expensive for the quality served. The booth is very watery and kinda spicy for a miso based which is just supposed to be salty. The kind waitress seemed annoyed when I asked why it was spicy. The noodles are industrial (dry noodles and just warmed into hot water), nothing handmade, so flavourless. Some months ago there was a price increase without any improvement in the quality. Like 2 months ago they decided to change the recipe to use cheaper ingredients. For example they replaced edamame beans for can green beans which have nothing to do in a ramen IMHO. Read moreThe orders this time were Miso vegetarian spicy and Veggie Tan Tan Men both were requested to be made extra spicy but unfortunately they weren't spicy.The miso wasn't enjoyable as the broth was very plain however the Veggie Tan Tan men was very tasty and I quite enjoyed the broth flavour.Both ramen weren't served hot enough, I wish they serve it bit more hot and focus on noodles as they were quite undercooked.
