Again another good looking, well designed and Instagram worthy place with no substance.

We had a HORRIBLE experience and we're still feeling the premade greasy chicken and beef makis ordered on our stomach. I was hungry and I definitely regret eating a whole set. 🤢🦠🤮

To begin with, how can you premade such simple and efficient food that could be made fresh in less than a minute?

Your food is just good to fool young westerners and has literally nothing to do with Japan or California. Your cuisine is filth, premade, we can taste your poor condiment management from the cross contamination of spring onions on uncleaned stainless steel bowl from your kitchen and borderline unchanged oil out of your greasy maki.

What an experience,... Paying 25€ for dog food, interrupting our entire day because of the stomach aches you gave us.

To the Community Manager: DON'T lecture us with your diplomatic response that you're sorry we've experienced your filthy food despite the fact that thousands of positive reviews... Your food is full of sh... You know it and you're making millions out of pennies on the back of ignorant,...

I entered the restaurant, and right away, a guy asked if I was dining in or taking away. I told him take away, and he curtly directed me to use the tablet in front of me to place my order. It felt like he had no interest in helping or being there at all. After struggling with the tablet for three minutes, I couldn’t figure it out and asked a nearby girl for help. She briefly handled it, handed it back with an irritated attitude, and said, “Here you go.” I still couldn’t manage, so I asked another employee who was much more willing to assist. After finally placing my order, I waited 20 minutes for my food, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food itself was the same as at their Rue Neuve location, but the service at Rue Neuve is...

Food was horrible. Never go here. I’m an Asian and trust me when I say this has been the biggest scam of my life. The pictures online looked decent so we went anyways. Biggest mistake ever. Worst €35 spent in my life. I’m sorry about the direct use of language but it was that bad. The sushi was overfilled with rice and cream, anything but protein. The ratio must’ve been 90% vs 10%. It wouldn’t even fit in my mouth. Would take me more than minute to actually chew one piece of sushi. I didn’t pay that much to eat so much rice. Not only was the food bad already, the service took so long. Minutes after finishing my food, my stomach started hurting. Overall just 1/10 honestly never again. Safe to say this was the worst...
