I definitely love the staff (matured guy with a glasses) who take his time to explain about the dishes and the drinks. It gave another meaning of "just serving the food or drinks" to giving some idea and vision of how things are made. The price are on a pricey side as cocktail are classy small size (the tequila tasting were amazing but it was filled a bit and when I asked if i can refilled it, the young guy took away the bottles, as it seems like I lost his trust đ€Ł).
There were indoor and outdoor dining. Indoor are very cozy steakhouse concept with wood theme with dimmed light as you can feel it yourself. The toilet is proper and love the bar (display of the bottles with lights). Outdoor is very well equipped for all sorts of weather.
My financé and I ordered the grill plates but it was too much for both of us to even finish everything. After 2 hours later, we were able to finish it (on a bright side) but i left a bit of side dishes. So portion wise were fantastic! The rib were not that bad but it was terribly dried out. At least we were very happy with the rest of the meats as we fell in love with the Texas short ribs! We have never had amazingly roasted meat.
Also I would recommend skipping the appetizer for those people who doesn't eat a lot as the portion are a lot. Unless you will take your time to eat it, which is possible then you can always order appetizer. As for us, we went for dessert as I took tequila flight (i discovered different types of Mexican tequila and i can't believe i missed it out when I visited Mexico myself). It was very fun concept of bottles will be displayed in front of you so you can enjoy extra and take a look at the bottle (who knows you want to buy it somewhere). Also it was interesting mix of sweet, normal to spicy one! In contrary, my financé ordered panacotta and i have to say it was super delicious! So i highly recommend!

The food did take a long time to arrive. I think partly due to the fact that we were served after a large group. Unfortunately, this can happen.
Interior cool and cosy. But restaurant is very noisy and makes it very unpleasant.
Brisket was very good in taste Spare ribs were cut the wrong way so there were a lot of bone splinters. Very unpleasant. otherwise tasty BBQ chicken was ok. Burgers, the bun was burnt and the meat dry.
As a side dish:
Fries. Were tasty. They chose a good brand but 5euro's for a very small bowl doesn't feel right. Asparagus: no, 9 euros for this is just not worth it. Yes prices are rising but this is a ripoff. Mac & Cheese: 9 euros for a mega small pan. Even the dish had nothing like mac & cheese. This is an outright ripp off and not worth its money.
All in all far too expensive for what it is. For the same amount of money, you can eat better meat elsewhere.

Service: The service is remarkable for a Belgian standard. The reception was quite immediate and allowed us to pick a place. During service, we had the food quite quickly and when we an issue with a side dish, the waiter gave us a solution in less than 5 minutes.

Every single piece of meat generated the most deceiving expectation which was limited to distinguish textures.
