We sat down at a table and ordered using the QR code. We received our order half an hour later, where people came after us got theirs earlier. Because we ordered online we were never informed that it would take 30 mins. During that half an hour our table was never cleaned. When we received the order we were told that there was a self cleaning system which is not mentioned anywhere I could see, that's why it was never cleaned. So basically if you're sitting somewhere you have to clean other people's leftovers if they didn't clean after themselves. That is NOT hot chocolate! They pour a bit of sweet melted chocolate (even the one they sell as 71% is not bitter dark) and then they add warm milk. The resulting fiasco is not even hot, which would have been nice after a walk in a cold morning. Service was almost absent: the two kids serving barely talked to the customers. They would leave the orders on a table with a ticket and the customers had to guess for whom it was. The quality of the chocolat is really good. The service was bad. We had to wait 45min. People who came after us were served before us. They tried to say that the reason was the time to bake the moelleux but even if i prépare one at home it takes 15min max. I expect of a professional bar that it don’t take langer then home.
