madmum Coffee Roasters & Bar — Restaurant in Leuven

I was just visiting KU Leuven for a couple of weeks and madmum was a place that caught my eye from the very first day. Cosily located on the corner of a small square, with large windows, offers a theatre-like experience to anyone looking out from inside. The place is relaxed with very cosy seats for single or small and larger groups of visiors. The place roasts coffee beans so the smell pulls you inside immediately. From the menu you may choose perfect non-milk and milk coffees, but also teas and infusions. Lovely cakes, yes. And small lunches if you wish. The only thing did not work for me was whimsical WiFi which requested me to check-in on Facebook and then stopped working. A more traditional user/password thing would work so much better, I guess. Right in the center of Leuven is this flirtatious coffee roaster. It is located on the corner of two streets full of bars and restaurants.

The coffee is delicious, you can order various sizes of cappuccino. The avocado toast is simply delicious, with hummus and red onion that gives it a delicious touch, highly recommended. It's a 10!

The acai bowl is very rich, with a lot of fruit and seeds, just a little liquid for my taste, but with an excellent flavor.

Had the best Fresh filter Coffee of my life. Very easy to drink, Great flavor , Not sour not bitter but they extracted the beans at the right point.

Everyone at the service smiles and welcoming. They were so kind to explain their making of my coffee.

Fantastic ambience. Could see how good coffee makes people very talkative and buzzing around🙂.

Finished the drink with their delicious milk chocolate that accompanied with the coffee.
