At least one of the guys who drive their motorbikes (the “pizza men”) is super aggressive and rude. And a danger on the streets for the bikes and pedestrians. The manager of this place would not agree with me when I explained to him what I had just seen with one of his pizzamen crossing too fast and aggressive the ring in naamspoort, using the fietspad, full of bikes and little children on their bikes with their parents. Unbelievable. While it’s still allowed that those motorbikes can use the fietspaden, there’s a correct and right way of using them. And there’s common sense too. When I told the pizzaman by the door of the place, he answered me in the most rude way you can imagine, with words and gestures. But then his boss, instead of being polite or apologize with me (easy, the pizzaman was not there when I told the manager), he would agree with him. Wow. He didn’t see it, I did. We’ve been loyal customers for years, regularly ordering pizzas from here, but after today’s experience, we’ll be thinking twice before ordering again. The delivery arrived 50 minutes late, the pizzas were cold, and badly burnt—making them impossible to reheat in the oven. To make matters worse, two out of the three pizzas came with the wrong dough type; we ordered the classic base, but received deep pan instead.

We ordered 3 medium pizzas and we were quite surprised by the attitude of personel. One of them yelled us (the one worked as a cashier) when we tried to explain him we have been waiting for more 20 minutes, he said “you are only here for 10 minutes” even though we had the proof of the time we arrived and eventually turned his back instead of answering our questions.
