I’ve been a regular customer for almost three years. Since it’s right next to my home, I’ve recommended this place to many of my friends as well. However, what happened today left me seriously disappointed. I came in during a busy hour, and since I didn’t want to occupy a table for just one drink, I asked to take it away instead. I’ve been to this place a few times and always enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and tasty food, even though it’s a bit on the pricey side. However, my last visit wasn’t the best experience. I ordered a toast and a cappuccino and settled in to do some work on my computer. About an hour later, I was asked to leave because other customers were waiting for a table.

I understand that space is limited, but this felt a little abrupt to me, especially since I come from a Mediterranean culture where hospitality and creating a welcoming environment often take priority.
