GreenBurger — Restaurant in Liège

Warmest vegan welcome in town! It's a great vegan burger restaurant, nice place, nice people, lovely staff and good vegan food.

My first time I came across GreenBurger, I just walked by, stopped in front of it and the lovely smiling staff came even outside, talking to me even if the restaurant was full. Very warm, open conversation, now since we had already eaten, we said we'll come back another day. When later on that day we passed by again, the smile by seeing each other again was so warm, we couldn't resist and decided to try the desserts. We had already tasted the carrot cake as well as the brownie, and decided to taste the caramel cheesecake of the day. The taste was amazing and pretty unique for a cheesecake, a must try (and I have already tasted a lot of them).

We've of course gone back to give it a complete try and took 2 big menu's, each menu providing burger, side, drink and dessert.

For the burgers, we took the 'Le Green' and the 'Le Saisonnier' which were both delicious, and we have never somewhere ate such a fresh, good tasting and very local made burger.

For the side, we took the 'Potatoes Wedges' and the 'Salade du jour' which were good.

For the dessert, they had the special one for the moment; 'le gâteau lacquemant' which was fabulous!

You also feel the love and energy that the staff had set in this location, with nice wood interior and the majority of things with compostable and renewable & sustainable resources.

Always a nice meet up and good discovery of the new 'saisonnier burger' and 'special dessert' of the moment.

Even during the week, don't hesitate to reserve since it can be crowded at some time.

A must do location in Liège!

I've visited here a couple of times now and look forward to going back. The food and drinks are all plant-based (vegan). The burgers are delicious. I've also tried some desserts there (pumpkin pie and tiramisu - divine!) It's quite small inside and not very cosy but I'm still always very comfortable there. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and do their best to speak English to me. It's dog-friendly too which is a big bonus! Would definitely recommend a visit. Thank you Green Burger. Great Service, able to speak both french and english, very nice and helpful. Definitely a must visit place in Belgium if you want vegan food. Great atmosphere and a beautifully decorated space, feels very cozy, but sadly nit as many chairs as the restaurant is in fact in a small building.
