Omnomnom LIEGE — Restaurant in Liège

The main thing that stands out at Omnomnom are the extremely generous portion sizes, so much so that we were unable to finish our meals (which were standard items we would regularly get at many Asian restaurants), and had to ask the rest be packed for takeout. With the advent of hindsight, we should have simply ordered everything to takeout from the start, since the physical establishment itself is the worst part of the experience: the building is small, and the kitchen takes up more space than that allocated for the customers to eat in. Given the fried nature of many of their meals, this forces you to eat in a closed enclosure with air thick due to oil, and always uncomfortably close to strangers who might also be dining in, or are waiting for their takeout order to be prepared. Etant partis précipitamment de chez moi afin d'aller au travail, je n'ai pas pris de lunch avec moi; Pas grave, je me dis, je vais commander pour 12 h un repas. Je choisis "Omnomnom" car j'ai déjà gouté leur cuisine et je la trouve réconfortante. Je passe donc via leur site afin de commander dans le créneaux horaire 11h45 à 12 h 00. Arrivé l'heure et ne voyant rien venir, je décide de les appeler et là, quelle n'est pas ma surprise de voir que leur ouverture le samedi se fait à 17 H 30! Evidement, personne ne répond au téléphone, je me retrouve sans repas au travail sans pouvoir aller chercher autre chose puisque mon poste m'oblige a rester sur place. Faudrait peut-être penser à modifier votre site internet pour que les commandes livraison ou non ne puissent pas se faire durant les heures de fermeture.
