I recently had the pleasure of dining at Au Point de Vue, and honestly, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the city center with a beautiful view of Place Saint-Lambert and the Opéra. The atmosphere strikes a great balance between cozy and lively, with a touch of historical charm.

The service was top-notch. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—everyone made us feel right at home. You can tell the staff really care about what they do.

Now, the food… absolutely delicious. I had the famous Liège-style meatballs (boulets à la liégeoise), and they were hands down the best I’ve ever had. Rich, flavorful sauce, perfectly cooked meat, and generous portions. The menu also had a great mix of Belgian classics and other European favorites.

I don’t have anything nice to say about this place. Honestly I think the 1-star is way too high for this place. There might be nice ppl working here but we didnt notice. First of all it took the waiter a very long time to come and help us. When he finally arrived he told us we weren’t allowed to order fries on the side and he just laughed at me when I asked which wine he thought was nice?? Then we ordered a main with fries and suddenly we were able to get extra portion of fries?!?! The chicken was dry, i’m pretty sure i found a hair in my fries (and i really dont want to think about that), fries were cold and we had to ask for sauce or salt...
