Pizzarella - Mons — Restaurant in Mons

Let me start off with how terrible the service is. The waiter is rude and everything but professional. After we chose our table outside, we were told, that we have to sit at a smaller table, because it will get busy. We are talking about Monday half past seven. We accepted and sat at a smaller table. It’s important to highlight that there are two waiters and the restaurant is far from half full.

Service is slow. Like slow slow. Waited over 10 minutes to place our order for the drinks. Took another 10 minutes to have it delivered by the rude waiter. Perhaps he doesn’t like his job. Nonetheless, he’s horrible at what he’s doing. After the drinks arrive, he takes our order. And the countdown begins… After nearly 20 minutes, the pasta and the pizza arrive. The food? Boring and tasteless. Pizza doe is not fully baked, the sauce has no taste, the chorizo salami is a low budget bottom shelf product. The spaghetti has zero taste. Literally no flavor at all. The only thing that made it taste better was the Parmesan cheese that was brought to our table after the food arrived.

After finishing our meal, we waited another 15 minutes to have our table cleaned. Finally we can ask for the bill. The total is €38.70 and not one penny was worth it.

I live 5 minutes from this establishment. Will I ever return? No! Would I...

Service is really poor and impolite. We were two and wanted to share a pizza, the waitress lady told us dramatically ‘we cannot share because we are a restaurant ‘! Afterwards, we ordered two meals; she brought the bread basket with such an attitude and she took away the cups in a way as if we are not welcomed. I asked for two small plates to eat the bread and she refused in an aggressive manner ´saying you don’t eat the bread and butter with two plates’!!!!

What a host?! What an attitude!?

Aside from that the food was fair, pizza was good and calzone was good...

How they are at 3.4 is BEYOND me.. the only good thing about this place is that there is one nice male server. The lady at the Registry was so rude, they also refuse spliting the bill which is okay if they don't make it a point to be rude about it. I switched to speaking English even though i was speaking french just to not have to interact with people. The food is AVERAGE AT BEST. you want pizza just go to AP PIZZA , you want pasta, just go to cup pasta. Fast food joints have better...
