Riquisimo — Restaurant in undefined

For a first time in this restaurant i was curious about this restaurant but it is with pure pleasure and honesty that i say that it is very good from all levels hygiene ,food delicious and fresh nothing to say especially that im a very hard person when it comes to taste and food but they didnt disappoint at all bravo . The service was very fast and the atsmosphere was family and tourist friendly they really left me speechless warm welcoming and the woman in the cash register was very nice to us 🥰 Will be coming back with friends and family it is now one of my favourite...

A very simple order was not served. Multiple waiters were taking care of other tables, and it is really frustrating that people coming later get their food faster. It seems that the order has not been passed to the kitchen. Otherwise, it is hard to explain why it takes eternity to get your order. Recent negative reviews should make the managers think of the situation, as visitors are clearly...

Franchement, super déçu du resto. On est arrivés à cinq, on a commandé nos burgers, et on a attendu une heure avant d’être servis. On était là à 19h40, on a eu nos plats à 20h40… ce que je trouve abusé pour cinq burgers. Et encore, entre-temps, on n’avait même pas reçu nos boissons.

Le pire, c’est que plein de gens autour de nous se levaient et partaient parce qu’ils attendaient depuis encore plus longtemps, et en plus, des clients arrivés après nous étaient servis avant. Ça n’a aucun sens ! J’ai dû aller me plaindre plusieurs fois. Au final, on a eu nos plats, mais une personne de notre groupe a dû attendre encore 15 minutes de plus pour son burger.

Le seul truc positif, c’est que les serveurs étaient sympas et faisaient leur boulot comme il faut, mais clairement, y’a un énorme problème en cuisine et sur la gestion des commandes.

Et niveau nourriture … franchement pas terrible. Le poulet était trop cuit, limite cramé, et leur “burger italien”, c’était juste du poulet pané avec de la mayo… Les frites, censées être maison, étaient surgelées et mal cuites.
