Pizza Grano — Local services in Brussels

I'd just like to start bay saying that I only write reviews when I am either very disappointed of my order OR when I'm impressed of what I bought. Saturday my wife ordered 10 pizza's ( 32cm) for her birthday party and after I saw the "complains" of other people I realised that it was better for us to pick-up ourselves the pizza's because some customers received their orders cold and we live 5km away so we didn't want to take the risk. On average the medium size pizza's are 14€ and they are more that enough for 1 person so it's a great price for what you're actually getting. I worked for 19 years in HORECA and it's almost never the restaurant to be blamed for the cold food that the customers receive but the delivery companies (UberEats, Takeaway, Deliveroo) because their riders don't show up on time to pick up the order and if you live far from the restaurant.....that adds up, so you end up with cold food. It's was the first time I ordered from this restaurant, and DEFFINETLY NOT the last time. All I can say is that every single pizza was delicious and the toppings were very generous + high quality products.....and best of all, we had almost 2 pizza's left over for the second day and after I warmed them up they was just as soft and delicious as the day before. I also liked the fact that they gave me 2 bags with 5 pizza's in each for easy transportation. Too bad the location is not closer to the city centre because this place would definitely be a killer.....inside there are only 5-6 seats on the stools by the window and 3-4 small tables outside so eating in is an option to. I'd like to congratulate the owner and the staff fot the great work and the great recipes. Keep up the good work and see you soon.... for sure! P.S: Sorry I didn't take any pictures of...

THis is a awful place. We order the food on uber eats for more than 1 hour and the deliver guy waited at the restaurant for more than half an hour. Afterwards we call the restaurant, the restaurant told us they haven't yet started cooking and they will not cook it either!! They ask us to cancel the order which we still have to pay most of the money on uber eats! Both this restaurant and uber eats are arrogant and doesn't care customers. Don't go this rude place! They will sometimes forget a supplement on your pizza but let's be honest, they make the best pies in the whole neighborhood.

Halal but as close as it gets to authentic Italian (more Roman style than neapolitan style). As the son of an Italian myself I couldn't believe it at first.

Great produce, great flavor, great attention to quality. And the prices are very very fair (11€ for a quattro stagioni, for example).

Enough to forget that the service is sometimes...
