OlegĂĄrio is a nice and cozy place to drink beer, eat genuine "Tapas" and relax... It's kind of small inside, making it intimate and familiar. The elderly couple that runs the place - Spanish - is friendly and thoughtful. The outside esplanada provides a casual view in to Brussels...
