The place is nice and you feel good there. They welcome you with a smile and give you good advice. Of course, you have to like wine but you can taste something else. Mr. Patrick is warm and attentive. He advises you well. The place is quiet and it's not as difficult to find a parking space as I thought. The prices are surprisingly reasonable, much more affordable than in the city center bars. The other customers are discreet and respectful. A great discovery. I would definitely come back and encourage you to come and have a glass of wine, or maybe two :). Everyone knows that this part of Saint Gilles is changing. In a good...
Read moreTwo stars because it used to be a great wine bar. Wines are good but the service is just not there. Waitresses saw their friends passing by the street but not our table (and there were not many tables (1 inside and 4-5 outside). They left a dirty cloth on the table before cleaning it. No smiles, not even bothering to explain things. We had to ask them couple of times to open our wine bottle etc. And beer is a bit overpriced (5€) as you pay less in a fancy restaurant for the same kind of beer. Overall this wasn't a great experience but it's possible to improve it with just some basic...
Read moreI have not experienced such rude reception anywhere in Brussels. At the table for 10 minutes, no one comes to take order. I go to ask & the reception was cold as ice. As rude as you could be. I'm not sure if the lady behind the bar was Rubi/the owner & just didn't care about clientele or a staff member who didn't give a care. Either way I wouldn't bother with this place. The tables were not cleared, there was no one serving & the selection of wine average at best. We didn't stay to actually have wine. There are too many lovely places in Saint-Gilles to waste your time...
