للأسف، عندما زرنا المكان سابقًا، كنا ما زلنا جددًا في البلد، وكان أطفالي جائعين جدًا. كنا متحمسين لأننا وجدنا مطعمًا عربيًا، لكن بعد أن طلبنا الطعام، فاجأنا الكاشير بقوله إنه لا توجد طريقة للدفع سوى كاش أو بطاقة بنك بلجيكية.

بصراحة، هذا أمر غير مقبول في عرف المطاعم، فلابد من قدر من المرونة في التعامل مع الزبائن، خاصة الزوار الجدد في البلد أو العملاء الأجانب. أنتم مطعم معروف وله مكانة محترمة في السوق وبين الجالية العربية، ومن المفترض أن تكونوا قدوة في الكرم وحسن التعامل.

الغريب أن حتى أصحاب السوبرماركتات الصغيرة لديهم مرونة في طرق الدفع! فكيف لمطعم كبير مثلكم ألا يوفر ذلك؟ بصراحة، هذا عيب كبير، وقد ترك انطباعًا سيئًا جدًا، خصوصًا أن أطفالي كانوا جائعين ولم نجد وسيلة للدفع. أشعر بخيبة أمل من التجربة ولن أزور المطعم مرة أخرى للأسف

Malheureusement, lorsque nous avons visité votre restaurant la dernière fois, nous étions encore nouveaux dans le pays et mes enfants avaient très faim. Nous étions très contents d’avoir trouvé un restaurant arabe, mais après avoir passé notre commande, le caissier nous a informés que le paiement n’était possible qu’en espèces ou avec une carte bancaire belge.

Honnêtement, cela est inacceptable pour un restaurant. Il devrait y avoir un peu de flexibilité dans la manière de traiter les clients, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit de nouveaux arrivants ou d’étrangers. Votre établissement est bien connu et respecté sur le marché et au sein de la communauté arabe, et nous nous attendions à plus d’hospitalité et de compréhension.

Ce qui est surprenant, c’est que même les petits supermarchés ou épiceries offrent plus de flexibilité dans les modes de paiement. Alors comment un grand restaurant comme le vôtre ne peut-il pas faire de même ? Franchement, c’est vraiment dommage et cela a laissé une très mauvaise impression, surtout que mes enfants avaient très faim et que nous n’avons pas pu régler autrement. Je suis vraiment déçu par cette expérience et, malheureusement, je ne reviendrai plus au restaurant.
