À very cozy italien restaurant in the center of Waterloo, the service is as his top, the atmosphere is cozy and informel. The dishes are generous and tasty, not all the pasta are homemade unfortunately but the ones we hade was tasty and perfectly cooked. They was some fresh innovations in the classic dishes like the vitello tonato with fresh tuna Tatar in addiction to the tuna sauce as a exemple. I don’t often review restaurants but this deserves a good score. If you look at the menu you’d be tempted to think “just the usual classics”. Un véritable bijou italien à Waterloo ! Nous avons découvert Le Bronzi ce soir, et c’est une adresse que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier.

Tout était absolument parfait : les pâtes étaient sublimes, généreusement servies avec une sauce riche et savoureuse. Mention spéciale au guanciale croustillant, cuisiné à la perfection ! Les pizzas, quant à elles, étaient divinement garnies, avec des saveurs authentiques et des ingrédients d’une fraîcheur remarquable. Nous avons également partagé une planche de charcuterie, et là encore, c’était un régal : des produits de qualité, une vraie expérience gustative.

Le personnel est incroyablement charmant et attentionné, ce qui ajoute une touche chaleureuse à l’expérience. Le cadre est agréable et convivial, parfait pour une soirée en famille ou entre amis. Enfin, les prix sont très raisonnables pour la qualité offerte.
