We've been ordering there for a few years and were always happy with it. Often, we get the special Wednesday offer of a box of 42 pieces. Ordered yesterday and my first thought on opening the box was that they had not put in the right number of pieces; usually the box is full but this time there was lots of empty spaces. No, the right number was there but they all looked slightly smaller. Then on eating them, we realised there was much less filling in each one than before. What a rip off! One sort had two tiny slivers of cucumber and a tiny scrape of cream cheese. After inquiring if we could eat the thing the shop is named after, we had two choices of meat, chicken or duck, and then waited 40 minutes to get a bowl with a mediocre soup, a few snippets of spring onion and a few slices of duck, nothing to nibble on during the long wait and no apologies.
Perhaps a better experience when you go for the sushi, but generally an end-to-end...
