Read moreI love their Ramen, I used to go often, but now I often order via Uber eats. I went today after a while, and before there was a very kind lady supporting the two Chefs by taking the orders and arranging the tables. Now, they have only one chef on a Friday at 2pm (new guy) and a very rude young man taking the orders. I arrived there were no seats available at the bar, but yes at a table. So I went and tried to install myself in the table. I waited a good 10min to make eye contact with the young man taking the orders and when he saw me, he said, not at the table, go to the bar, the table is for families, to which I reply, well, there are no families at the moment and there are no seats at the bar. He gave me a nasty look and made a dismissive hand gesture and said again, no no you don't seat here, you seat there, pointing at the bar. At that moment I saw some people leaving the bar, so I went there, but it was full of dirty dishes so I just waited next to the bar, for the dishes to be picked up. I waited again for another extra 10min, and decided just to leave. I saw other people waiting for their food and others waiting to pay looking also kind of annoyed and the very rude young man, he was clearly in need of help, because that doesn't justify being rude. I think they have become very popular and now they...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst ramen experience I’ve ever had. There were only two customers in the restaurant, yet within 10 seconds of sitting down I was already pressured to order. When I said I wasn’t ready, the waiter came back just 20 seconds later to push me again. Completely ridiculous.
When the ramen finally arrived, it was served with the waiter’s hands dripping wet — filthy and unhygienic. The bowl itself was a disaster: a thick 5mm layer of grease floating on top, separated from the soup, looking unhealthy and tasting awful.
I wasted my time and money coming all the way to the Brussels suburbs for this. It’s not worth it at all — terrible service, disgusting ramen, and zero respect for customers.
The server was a Japanese man with dyed blond hair. Be warned: this place is a joke. One star, and...
