I usually eat at the Belle & Belge before flying out but thought I'd give this place a try. Orders are taken at automated kiosks which issue a pager that alerts you your food is ready - a well-designed system, I thought. Condiments and cutlery are available just in front of the pick-up counter, and the seating is over in a large warehouse-style open plan area in which some tables around the perimeter offer power points for charging, as well as views of the airport. I just wanted a snack so went for "Pulled beef loaded fries". I didn't have long to wait - under 10 mins since placing my order to being summoned - and when it arrived it pretty much amounted to a ladle of minced beef in gravy tipped over a pile of chips (proper Belgium Frites, not thin French Fries), topped off with diced spring onions, red peppers and grated cheese plus a drizzle of runny mayo (which I could have done without). Although there was quite a sizeable amount of frites there, for 15 euros it doesn't represent great value for money and I don't recall any options on the kiosk for customising the order. The next time I tried the fish and chips. It's not a huge meal, and comes with a side salad (again with the mayo.. why not to the side? There's no option on the kiosk to leave it off). The chips were slightly dryer than I expected but there's some balsamic vinegar on the condiment counter; the fish was slightly greasy as though it hadn't rested and it's not the best meal I've had but did okay for a quick bite before flying home. The third occasion I tried one of their burger meals but ordered at the counter so was able to request it without mayo, which came with various salad garnish and chips (in a smaller cone). Despite me asking for the mayo to be left off, the attendant still dropped sachets of mayo and ketchup on the tray... The burger wasn't bad, the bun toasted and plain (and a bit dry) and the chips went down okay. For nearly 20 euros, it doesn't represent great value for money. I honestly think this place wouldn't survive outside of the airport - if it was on the high street, I couldn't see people choosing this over the other places out there.

This should be the easiest place to operate yet somehow they can’t. The fries are made en masse and are sitting there already done amongst multiple friers. The toppings are literally just a scoop. All this and it takes 20 minutes to just throw one order of fries on a plate. The ordering on the touch panel is terrible. Apparently they serve burgers but they just randomly kept disappearing from the menu. In a way I felt bad for the girl working there as she got attacked by a plane load of people with what appeared to be some random QR code for free fries. I dunno. It was a mess. I wouldn’t blame her if she quit. Despite how terrible this place is ran, I’ll just give my opinion on the fries. Well… I’ve had better fries for $1 at little league baseball games. My high school cafeteria was better than this. Frozen OreIda is better. I can go on forever.

Ordered a beer & sausage using online app. Sat at the uncleaned table for 15 minutes. Went up to the till to check on my order, but the queue was so long that I decided to wait a while longer and sit down. Another 5 minutes go by and a waitor appears with my order. Says there is no sausage. I say in this case I would like my order to be refunded. He says he does not understand. So we go to see the manager, who argues on the phone with someone while her staff struggles on. I feel sorry for the waitor who does not know what to do. He gives me the cash refund for the sausage which I decide to take as the manager's conversation does not seem to be anywhere near the end. I then realise that euro coins ar no good to me as I am about to take a flight to London and frankly I do not want beer without tasty sausage. I ask for the manager again. She is nowhere to be seen. It's been 45 minutes since my order and my table is still piled up with dirty plates. Don't waste your time and if you absolutely must buy from there do not use the app. App orders get completely disregarded and the stock levels are...

Terrible customer service. They have stickers on each table with NFC and QR codes so you can order online and have it delivered to your table; a great idea and quite popular in airports especially these days. We placed our order and waited for it to arrive. After 15 minutes our order was still not here. We had only ordered two drinks and there were four staff working - and about 8 people in the bar, so it was very quiet. We knew something was wrong at this stage so we went to the bar to enquire (defeats the purpose of ordering from your table). The man behind the bar said he would check the computer system. No explanation was given for the delay. Another five minutes passed at least and then he came to the table with our order. He placed the tray on the table and walked away. There was no apology or explanation. This man looked as though he would rather be anywhere else. This is terrible service especially as airport bars and restaurants are so so overpriced, you should at least get what you pay for, and in a reasonable time. We will not be staying here for a...
