Quick Zaventem — Restaurant in Zaventem

If there is NEGATIVE STAR, it will be NEGATIVE (-1) Food was ok, but burger which i was waiting for 10min with totaly empty screen with orders and than orders behind me start to come out before mine. I noticed same burgeras mine coming out with 5numbers behind. Staff very unprofessional, rude and not polite. Fries all over the tray when he was asked to place in bag as i was in rush because my train was leaving. Worst part as i was interested were is my food i was looking what is happening in kitchen. Guy which is handling burgers does not wear gloves, so hygeine is on low level. Guy handling fries is keeping his hand inside carton which will be filled with fries and which will go im my mouth. Yes, he is doing it without gloves. Two questions i have: These are some european standards i am now aware of or this is only done like this in Belgium? Do you have staff leaders who are following what is done in your restaurant. Food 3/5 Everything...

Absolutely terrible! Their selection is minimal at best. When I opened my cheeseburger it looked as if it was thrown together by a person who’s unable to aim. The fries were lukewarm and hard as a rock. I’ve been to many Quick burger places but this is by far the worst. If I was the CEO I would immediately revoke their franchise right. And this at the Airport? Strange way to introduce Belgium to a foreigner. Thank goodness for the many good restaurants in Brussels and Belgium. I don't know what I ate there. The menu said "burger." In spite of the queue, my "food" was ready in about 90 seconds. Whatever cow was used for this meal, it clearly died in agony judging by the shoe-leather quality of the "meat." The cheese was scraped off the floor of a morgue and the fries were matchsticks, deep-fried and blessed by an exorcist who immediately resigned his post afterwards, such was the horror he witnessed in the kitchen.
