Starbucks — Restaurant in Zaventem

There were four people behind the counter, but no one seemed to be working. There was no line, but when I got to the counter the cashier grabbed my wrap and just looked at it, and when I tried to talk to her she just interrupted me and started singing and talking to her colleagues. I asked her if it's possible to get one of the lattes vegan and she didn't seem to understand me, and one of her colleagues said it is vegan "it's just syrup, espresso shot and milk, it is vegan". I told them that it's not vegan then, and he just said that it contains no ham, or chicken so it's vegan. They had to get a third person to say that it's possible to make it vegan if you change the milk. Fortunately for me, I'm not super allergic to milk, I "just" get a stomach ache, but if you are allergic then you should definitely avoid this place. They also struggled with the English language, which is strange since they work at an airport. The coffee in itself is fine, basically what you expect from a Starbucks, and the atmosphere is...

My order was mistaken. When I saw my name on the mug, I noticed that this is not what I ordered, I heard "it's not for you" . I waited another 5 minutes and when I asked about my coffee, a dark woman with long curly hair said she had already prepared it. I said the order is not correct. They took care of other clients. Leaving without anything from the cafe, she called me, I asked for my Frappuccino, I received coffee so sweet and disgusting. This behavior, the gruff staff is very unpleasant for the client. This was a lovely little spot in the airport for my 3-hour layover. Nice big table that I used my laptop at to get lots of work done, and there was Christmas music playing in the background. Although it's in the middle of the airport, it was big enough that it was separate from the hustle and bustle going by, even though it was open on one entire side. The staff weren't the friendliest, but were quick and efficient. Only other thing to note is that I still had to go through customs after for my transfer, so make sure you leave...
