First and foremost, I had the misfortune of waiting for over 30 excruciating minutes just to receive a simple espresso. Yes, you read that correctly. Thirty whole minutes for a cup of coffee. It is beyond comprehension how such a basic task could be so terribly mishandled.
To add insult to injury, not only did I have to endure this agonizing wait, but I also had to witness the complete lack of attention given to clearing the tables. Despite finishing my meal, the dirty plates remained untouched, mocking me as a testament to the restaurant's negligence. It was as if the concept of timely table maintenance was foreign to the staff.
Speaking of the staff, I couldn't help but notice their blatant disregard for their actual responsibilities. Instead of attending to the needs of the customers, the waitresses seemed to find solace in idle chatter at the counter. Their priority appeared to be socializing rather than ensuring a satisfactory dining experience for the patrons. It was infuriating to witness such blatant neglect of duty.
Now, as I glance over to the counter, my eyes meet an abandoned espresso that has likely been sitting there for an unreasonable length of time. I can only assume that it has grown cold, rendering it completely undrinkable. This level of negligence is simply unforgivable and showcases the absolute incompetence of this establishment.
In summary, the restaurant's service was an unmitigated disaster. Waited an hour for a pizza and pasta, asked the server regarding the food delay after 1 hour 15min, someone came to tell that the kitchen had run out of pizza. Requested us to order a pasta and they will get it out in 10-15 min. Asked them after 20 min, kitchen had no idea about the order. Paid 10 euro for water and coke, and left. about 15 staff wandering around having no idea what to do payment process takes about 10 min per customer and a lot of discussion (4 staff dealing with 1 customer currently) our waitress didn’t know what Pinot Grigio was (one of the 6 wines they offer) they are out of nearly everything like coke and Fanta we ordered 1 pizza 30 min (margarita) and it’s still not here the restaurant is less than 30% full
The staff seem 100% incompetent and untrained… I travel a LOT and I understand airport restaurants, but I have NEVER in my life seen anything so bad. It’s become comical.
